SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping:

  • Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders of $75 and over with code FREESHIP75
  • Orders are processed with in 2-3 Business Days and shipped out within 7-14 Business Days
  • FREE local pickup is available in Brooklyn, NY (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.)

Returns:

  • Beauty and the Beads does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit.
  • You have 21 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 
  • Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety. 
  • All return items must be returned in original state it was shipped. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in same condition and in original packaging you received it. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
  • LAST CHANCE, FLASH SALES and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost of returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure your returns are trackable.

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT EXCHANGEABLE 

Custom orders can be modified or exchanged until you reach absolute satisfaction.

 

Exchange:

  • You may exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. In order for items to be eligible for an exchange, they must be UNUSED, UNTEMPERED with and in SAME condition that it was received in original form and packaging. PRIOR to sending your exchange please make sure to contact us at beautyandthebeads17@gmail.com to get authorization for exchange. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will then send out an exchange.  

Sender is responsible for shipping cost of returning items and re-shipping. Please make sure to use trackable shipping to ensure your items get back to us safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using trackable shipping services.
